Comfort and Care
reviewed on: 09/10/2021 by Anne MMy father and mother both live at Country Gardens. I believe the caretakers are genuinely concerned about the folks who live there. The caretakers know each person on a personal level, and the environment feels like home ! I know that this time of Covid has been very stressful for everyone. When Country Gardens had to respond with a time of quarantine, I felt confident that my parents were getting the best care possible. My Dad told me there were multiple visits by the staff throughout each day. I am thankful for the loving care that each person receives by the patient and loving people who work there.
They took good care but was not stimulating enough.
reviewed on: 02/12/2014 by Family MemberThey were very nice, but most of the residents didn't speak, it wasn't a good match. There was no real assessment. The activities weren't very stimulating for someone with more awareness. They didn't have working wi-fi, and there were a couple of days that no one would help with the T. V., they did take good care of the residents and they were friendly and clean and a nice community.
