reviewed on: 05/22/2015 by AnonymousI think they're doing a great job overall at Brookdale Florence. It is a nice looking place, and they take good care of the people who live here. My loved one can be a real tough customer, and they've really gone above and beyond trying to help him, they've been very accommodating. We're very pleased with the service and care.
My Friend Is Doing Well at this Community

The community is well maintained. Everything is neat and tidy. The staff is very helpful and attentive. I know she is safe and being cared for well at this community.
I would not recommend
reviewed on: 03/05/2021 by anonymousI would tell others that we did not have the best experience here. The staff here kind of passed the ball around. You aren't able to speak with anybody and no one wanted to take responsibility for their actions. There was only one staff member we could really talk to, if she was not around we could not get a hold of anyone. I would not recommend.

The staff is very friendly. My mom in general likes the food, but would love to see more of variety of vegetables and fish. We thought the rooms were very well laid out, very spacious. The windows that are in the rooms provide really good natural light.
