Community Reviews
Very Friendly Staff
reviewed on: 11/11/2021 by Tina RI recently visited this community and I was surprised with just how friendly everyone was to me. I felt truly welcomed, as I walked through the building everyone I passed said hello, someone other places I looked at the staff would kind of just ignore me when I passed them. I think with the staff being so friendly it makes this community feel more like a home instead of just like a hotel or apartment complex. Everyone just seemed so happy to be there and I really liked that.

Review of The Towers
reviewed on: 10/02/2020 by Margie EvansI like the food here a lot. The other residents are friendly. I like the exercise classes, it's a good program. When I need help a nurse comes in a timely manner. The courtyard is a nice place to sit in.
It's a really great choice.
reviewed on: 05/05/2021 by ShelleyWe get timely responses to questions. They staff seem quite lovely. And the staff seem very knowledgeable about what they're doing, including the new executive director. He gave us some good advice in dealing with the insurance company. It's bright and friendly and clean, and my friend seems very happy there. We were pretty sure she was going to refuse to go at all, so she's adjusted very well. My friend says the food is good. She has a food allergy, and they've been able to cater to her needs. They're really quite good with activities. She is enjoying painting, which she had never done before. And I remember when I toured originally, I was impressed that the activities were geared towards adults, as opposed to the kindergarten-type crafts I saw when touring other places. I loved that when I looked at the memory care section, there was a woman doing a tour of a museum on a projector screen, and the people in the room looked like they were all engaged.
