Excellent

But after researching lots of options, my sister and I knew the Palace was the right fit, offering mom social activities, a beautiful property and caring staff. We are now 3 weeks into her stay and we are so happy. The staff has been truly amazing, ensuring mom is comfortable and following up all our questions and concerns. The communication has also been excellent ensuring everyone is on the same page. The food is so delicious. Won’t be surprised if mom gains a few pounds. I would highly recommend the Palace!
The staff does a good job - very accommodating

The only thing, to me, is it's not cheap so you have to have money put away or a pension or something. It's not going to be covered by social security. Any little complaint that we've had, we address it and they pretty much get it taken care of. They have acitivities, maybe not every single thing my parents would want but they have family events once a month. We've been going to those and they're good. They try to keep everybody involved. For having to put my parents in assisted living, it's a good experience.
Overall consistent excellent loving care.

Staff very well trained, friendly smiling, caring, & efficient in their work. Management is excellent, always responsive to residents and their families. Food is good. Medical care always available. Entertainment and daily activities are constant with innovative ideas implemented every so often to improve services and prevent routinization. Overall this is an excellent institution for those who can afford it.
Fancy Palace Suites
reviewed on: 10/11/2018 by Larry BrendlerI have seen a few places for Seniors throughout South Florida in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties, and I was extremely impressed with The Palace Suites. It looks from the outside like a fancy condominium. Inside is also fancy and extremely clean. All the staff had smiling faces and the residents looked like they were having a great time listening to an entertainer at the piano. I would recommend The Palace Suites to anyone over 55, even if they had to move to Miami from another county. It's very impressive.
