Wouldn't want Mom anywhere else!
reviewed on: 01/13/2021 by Debbie CWe had an opportunity to help Mom find a new home as we were dealing with her Alzheimer's issues back in 2015. The personnel here at Cypress Creek Assisted Living worked with us to help Mom become comfortable in her new home. Mom enjoys her neighborhood and her friends at Cypress Creek ALF. She also enjoys the activities. I trust this place to take care of Mom, especially through these trying times. They call me if they need decisions made and to inform me of medical changes and requests by her doctor. We are very blessed to have Mom living at Cypress Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility. After nearly six years, Mom seems to still be very happy. My husband and I thank you all!!!
Peace of Mind
reviewed on: 01/11/2021 by PennyeWhen my husband became ill to a point I could not take care of him, a friend recommended Cypress Creek to me. We had an assessment on a timely basis and because of availability I was able to secure a room there for my husband. He has been there 4 years and has received excellent care. Sometimes we don't always agree on how things are run but have to keep in mind how many residents that need to be cared for in each wing by the staff and the demands on them sometimes all at the same time. I have had many people tell me that Cypress Creek has been the best choice for their loved ones too.
Cypress Creek was a very comfortable experience for my dad.
reviewed on: 01/27/2021 by Diane CMy Dad lived at Cypress Creek for five years. He enjoyed excellent care from a variety of girls. One girl in particular stayed there the whole time. I think that speaks for a quality residence facility when they can keep good staff. Since my dad has passed on, the staff at Cypress Creek has reached out to me with sympathy and compassion. They made the ending of our stay there very comfortable in a very uncomfortable Covid 19 time. I’ve recommended Cypress Creek to many people especially during the Support Group that they offer. I would encourage Care Givers to look at all the possibilities, but settle at Cypress Creek.
When You’re Cared For By The Very Best
reviewed on: 01/11/2021 by Peter AI wish both of my parents could have spent their final years at Cypress Creek Assisted Living. It’s proximity to my residence, plus the friendliness and professionalism of the staff made for a wonderful experience. After a somewhat challenging break-in period for me to fully understand that it was best to let the professionals handle my mother’s acclimation to a new environment, I could never have been happier with the care and compassion that the executives, nurses, med-techs, culinary, and janitorial staff displayed to my mom. I personally developed strong bonds with a number of her caregivers that I continue to be in touch with to this day. That’s the type of relationship that you want with a loved one’s caregiver. I visited many, many times, and quite often, and saw the same level of care and compassion being administered to even the most challenging of individuals. If I were in need of a facility for my own care, I would hope that Cypress Creek was #1 on the list of my choices.
