Levels of care
reviewed on: 01/31/2016 by Anonymouswe were told whatever level of cRe my mother needed would be met. However, once there, we were informed that she couldn't not stay in her room during the day, but had to be in the main room with everyone so aides could watch her and ensure she didn't fall. . She doesn't like groups and was most uncomfortable and insisted being in her room. She was also restless. We were required to hire sitters 24/7 on top of the monthly fee. At $16 per hour we could not afford it. We removed mother from the facility and returned home with private nurse care.
A good memory care unit!!
reviewed on: 05/24/2016 by AnonymousI would recommend this community with reservations. The staff are not able to do anything with the residents unless they have a doctor's permission. We had an issue with my mom getting up for breakfast but we have resolved this and she is now doing well. The food is good and the community is very well maintained.
An honest establishment that gives great quality care.
reviewed on: 08/03/2021 by MelissaOur loved one has not been there long, but our family is having a much better experience at Regency. Everything is going great so far, we were upfront with them about our loved ones health issues, and they assured us they would be able to care for him and they have done just that. They were very honest with our family.
It seems to be okay so far.
reviewed on: 11/20/2015 by AnonymousIt seems to be okay so far. The only thing I am a little unsure of is the level of integration into activities. I am not sure just how much encouragement is offered. The people are nice enough, and it's clean. We liked the straight hallways, and how easy it seemed to be to navigate, even if it is a little more institutional.
Very pleased with Regency
reviewed on: 04/12/2017 by Melissa SuttonMy Dad has been at Regency 3 weeks and we are very pleased. The staff has been wonderful to work with. My dad is adjusting well, and as he feels like it, is enjoying some of the activities. The other residents have been welcoming and friendly to my dad, which has been great!
