Community Reviews
Look into this place, beautiful facility
reviewed on: 03/18/2021 by April CI am very happy with Hacienda Del Rey. We chose this facility because of the cleanliness, it is only a 2 years old. Everything is very modern and up to date and it does not smell at all. They have different sections as well and then a main area where residents can meet, I like the way it is set up. The rooms sizes here are a little on the smaller side for the price. The administrative staff is great, they are good with communication whether it is emails or phone calls and they also have a lot of patience. My dad said during the week when the regular chef is cooking the food is great, but during the weekend they change chefs and it is not as good. I would recommend them to others looking.
Hacienda Del Rey
reviewed on: 05/20/2016 by JoyMy mom is currently a resident @ Hacienda Del Ray; recovering from hip replacement surgery. The Caregivers are very good and listen to family needs and requests. I am a little dissapointed in the Administrative staff. Richard, was quick to get you in the door, but doesn't make an effort to follow-up or listen to input from family. Apparently some key persons (LeAnne - Admin & Melanie - LPN) are no longer with the facility, and we were not notified of the change in critical contact staff.
Safe, Friendly, Caring Community
reviewed on: 08/19/2021 by M GThe community communicates very well. The staff are amazing! They really care for the residents here. My loved one doesn't like the food, as it doesn't have a lot of variety, and sometimes the food isn't exactly what the community says it is.
I took a tour!
reviewed on: 04/28/2017 by AnonymousWhen I toured Hacienda Del Rey, I also thought it was aa nice place. The person that took me around was read with information and very accommodating. They really worked with our schedule and we had a great experience, but it was not the best fit for my father. We wanted something with more personal one on one care.
Review of Hacienda Del Rey
reviewed on: 08/19/2020 by Pat[name removed] has been at Hacienda for a little over 1 month. I call frequently to check on him. Each caregiver I've talked with gives a good report but, as importantly, they sound believable, happy and like they really know my Wally. It is the same environment of can do and happiness that I experienced during my tour and the reason I chose you Hacienda over other places I'd looked at. I couldn't be happier about my choice since it is one that had to be made. You guys are AWESOME!
