Courtyard Towers
reviewed on: 08/19/2015 by AnneGNice place but I'll be glad to see them remodel. Many hallways smell like old cigarettes and look pretty dated. The people are friendly and make you feel welcome. The caretakers are wonderful and work really hard, as I'm sure the facility is understaffed like everywhere else. The food is very good with lots of fresh offerings on the menu.

The bathrooms were on the smaller side and mom had a walker and it would've been hard for her to navigate. It was an older building. Steve and John were very informative.

This will take quite a period of time to adjust to, as is such a huge change. Most of the staff are extremely nice and also extremely busy! The one thing that I am having trouble getting used to is that the staff just walk into my apartment and I'm still finding this rather a difficult adjustment.

The apartment was more nice looking that was better for a handicap person. The dining arrangement had everyone sit together at the same time. My dad wanted more flexibility. I felt I got all the answers to ensure I was getting familiar with the community.
