It took a bit for her to settle in and for them to learn her routine, but now that they've gotten to know my loved one they're very on the ball with her care! The care they provide is excellent, and they've got a good variety of activities to keep everyone entertained. They could, however, do a bit better at keeping things tidy.

They should of let everyone know what happens at the facility sooner. Other than that, we are very happy with the Amethyst Arbors. It's a nice place. They have a lot of activities. Everyone is very friendly. The staff has been accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this place.

The facility is going through some service challenges in their Arbors dining area right now however. Given they get this worked out I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a good value....not the place for you if looking for marble tile and highest end services.

They do respond quickly but the communication isn't always there, so I don't know that they have responded. I might ask them to sign her up for something or start some service, and they will do it, but I don't get a follow up call or anything so I know they have done it. My mom really liked the atmosphere when we toured here, which is one of the reasons we chose it.
She is loving every minute of it.
