Quiet and peaceful
reviewed on: 10/06/2015 by AnonymousIt really put my mind at ease knowing that my mother is in good hands and in a safe place. The staff are friendly and caring. It is very quiet and peaceful. I love that dining is not required and you can pay as you go. I paid for 20 meals at a time knowing that my mother preferred her own meals but wanted to give her the option of socializing at the dining hall. It is a very affordable place and with her limited income it is a god send to have a place for her that was suitable. The kitchen is a perfect size and she has her own bedroom. They do offer activities and transportation to various stores. There is a monitor system in place so that if something were to happen she can press the button on her lanyard to alert for help-puts me at ease. The only suggestion would be that it could use a new coat of paint as far as the outside buildings and wooden rails. Other than that I am so grateful for the Gardens at Immanuel and its staff. The residents are all very nice and seem happy and content.
Mediocre
reviewed on: 11/30/2015 by AnonymousWell I honestly think that the Immanuel Campus of Care is really just a mediocre facility at best. The place is not good, but it is also not bad. That goes for the entire place, everything about it is in the middle.

happy
reviewed on: 12/26/2014 by AnonymousI was really happy with how quick we were able to get into the facility, and how well they explained everything to us. I do wish that they were better about proactively encouraging grandmother to get involved in the activities. They have some good activities, but she is hesitant to get involved on her own.
Nice place.
