Great staff and lovely accomodations
reviewed on: 06/18/2019 by JWThe staff at Highgate are wonderful. This is a new and sad experience with my father having to be in a memory care unit and the staff has been outstanding. Not only did they help us move him to his new room, they made the transition go so smooth that my father was joyful at his new accomodations ... not what we were expecting at all! The facility is beautiful, clean and like living in a nice hotel.

The environment is warm and comfortable, the care staff is exceptional, the activities are varied and numerous. Mom was at a different assisted living facility for the 1 1/2 years before Highgate, but was not getting enough attention there. Now I don't need to worry that things are being done for her as promised, whereas before I had to follow people around to be sure she actually got the help she needed. I am very happy with Highgate.
