Ineffective Management
reviewed on: 08/24/2018 by AnonymousOffice staff is unprofessional and communication is non-existent. Some techs act like they're in high school with their cell phones. However, there are a few techs that actually care about the residents and their welfare and they are much appreciated. Management from HQ that was here for a few months was ineffective and unresponsive. So much turnover that no one knows what anyone is doing.
