reviewed on: 02/07/2019 by AnonymousI placed my mother under the care of Fleetwood Place and removed her within two weeks; she actually left by ambulance which resulted in a 3 night stay in hospital. In my opinion, my mother was chemically restrained which resulted in an unreported fall and has now suffered irreparable damage. This place is aesthetically beautiful and while we experienced some very good staff, my suggestion would be to turn and run the other way. Not the place you want your loved one. None of my concerns regarding medication was properly addressed and in my opinion this is a business that does not care about their residents.
