Community Reviews
Great place!
reviewed on: 01/08/2014 by SandyWe have been very pleaded with Anaheim Crown Plaza. My mother has been there for 4 months. The residence stay very active with a lot of residential activities. My mother is rarely in her room, always out in the community areas doing activities. This place is very clean & the staff is very attentive.
Really Wonderful!
reviewed on: 10/07/2013 by ResidentMy room is as big as a living room almost. The ac work this place works like clock work. The only thing that I would say is that this place is for older people. I'm so much younger than they are and at first it was sort of a shock because there are about 140 people here and at least half of them have wheelchairs and others have walkers so it's not for younger people. I'm 58 so that was a shock but I'm very happy here. There's a patio where you can smoke and there is a patio on he 3rd floor that is open all the time. There's a living room with a TV and a sliding door that brings you to a terrace. The food here is good. Old people always complain. It's a lot of gossip, not necessarily bad, but the food is more than adequate. You have options if you don't like what they are serving. They do their own ice cream and their own soup. It's a tight ship! They make your bed and clean your room everyday. It's really a community, Everybody knows each other and everybody is very nice. The staff is great, the rooms are large. It's really wonderful!
Encouraging Staff at This Community
reviewed on: 09/29/2016 by AnonymousMy mother loves it here, and everything has worked out very well. She has adjusted well to it, and I'am satisfied with her move here. They have good staff, they have been very helpful and friendly. There are activities offered, and the staff is very encouraging to the residents to participate. She doesn't miss a meal, so the food is good. I know she is safe and being cared for well here. This is a good place and I would recommend it.
Toured, seemed like a nice place!
reviewed on: 09/13/2016 by AnonymousWe toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought everyone here seemed very warm and friendly, and the residents seemed happy and well cared for. They also appeared to have a very busy activity schedule! My one complaint is that I think their lobby area could be a bit more welcoming, it feels sort of clinical.
