Community Reviews
Staff is always on top of everything!!
reviewed on: 12/09/2016 by AnonymousThere is a lady named Camy that works at this community and she has been absolute delight to work with. She has really been on top of everything and has a very organized staff that works there. My mom has not really had a chance to participate in all of the activities but seems to really enjoy the food they provide for all of the residents. I really have had no complaints and am really pleased with the everything so far.
They are doing what they said they would
reviewed on: 09/25/2017 by AnonymousMom is doing much better since moving into this community. The staff are awesome. They are attentive, caring, know mom by name and interact well with her. The food is good. They keep the community and her room clean. They offer a lot of activities and I have already recommended this community.
Taking Good Care of My Mother
reviewed on: 12/13/2017 by AnonymousI feel that Anaheim Crown Plaza is taking good care of my mother. She really liked the staff when we toured, which is an initial reason we chose this community. The food is pretty good, and they do offer a wide variety of options. The community is older, but they keep it clean, and I feel it's a great place overall.
Good Price
reviewed on: 08/05/2020 by AnonymousFinancially, the price is good. The food doesn't seem nutritional and the amount he is getting is small portions. The care is okay, the caregivers seem to be nice and friendly. We chose this community because it was in his price range . He is rooming with someone else, but the building is fine and everything seems to be in place. I would recommend this community if you have a tight budget.
