The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. Overall it was a pleasant experience it was just not the right location for us in the end decision.

The attention to detail, the communication, and sense of urgency to care for residents and their family is so appreciated and inspiring. The management team here, lead by [name removed] are some of the most down to earth, understanding, and professional managers in the industry, all on the same page, and that page is one that has your family's best interest. My sister wanted me to let you know they think your Memory Care staff and facilities are wonderful. They had the opportunity to meet and spend some time special time with [name removed] and a lady - they think it was either [name removed[ or [name removed]. They couldn't say enough about how happy [name removed] was and how your staff treated [name removed] like an equal and a friend. The whole experience was magical. I generally talk with [names removed]. They are all incredibly helpful and wise in the advice they have provided me to navigate the couple problems that have occurred with [name removed]. It is hard to believe [name removed] will be completing his first year with Pacifica in a couple weeks.
