Unique Features
This community is located in a very nice area of Garden Grove. It is on a major street, but the building is set back away from the street. It is an old-fashioned 1960's style building. When you enter the building, it is bright and open. It has a lot of windows and large sliding glass doors which lead out into a beautiful courtyard with a large green lawn and a very large round fountain which was home to a duck family on my last visit. This is a two story building and every room has either a small patio or balcony. The dining room is very large with a wall of windows to the front of the building. There is also a pool table and a TV room.
