Very nice place, not quite the care level we needed
reviewed on: 01/14/2014 by NephewThis was a very nice place. The staff are very friendly, and the facility and living areas are attractive and clean looking. For those with more self-sufficient loved ones I'd rate this place a 5, however my Uncle was needing a bit more care. They do provide care here, but in general it seems to cater to a crowd with a lower level of care than what my Uncle needed.

The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan and the variety of menu options as well as activities they had for the resident. The location was easy to access and had nice surroundings. It was just no the right fit for my mother in the end decision.
Great Choice for concerned Loved ones

Employees are friendly and very caring. In a time where my brothers best interests were at stake, we made a great choice. I do need to get him more involved in activities but over all he is very happy.
Our tour experience

Good Place
reviewed on: 10/23/2013 by Daughter of a ResidentThey're making some changes. They're changing how they distribute medication which could cost a little more. They're also changing how people pay but that wont affect us until next year. The care services are great. The activities seem to be great. My mother has Alzheimer's so she doesn't participate but the people who do participate seem to be happy with them. I wasn't thrilled with when we were moving in. Someone was supposed to be helping us. I would email her and call her and I never got a response. Finally we worked around her and found somebody else. She's still working there as far as I know.
