Very nice place, not quite the care level we needed
reviewed on: 01/14/2014 by NephewThis was a very nice place. The staff are very friendly, and the facility and living areas are attractive and clean looking. For those with more self-sufficient loved ones I'd rate this place a 5, however my Uncle was needing a bit more care. They do provide care here, but in general it seems to cater to a crowd with a lower level of care than what my Uncle needed.
Didn't Work Out, But Overall A Nice Community

They really tired their best to care for them. It was a good experience, and this would be a nice community for the right person.

reviewed on: 08/30/2021 by anonymousThey weren't bad and they weren't good either. My father was in the nursing care unit and there was a language barrier. For the amount of money paid I did not feel like the level of care matched. The staff were very nice and helpful.
Generous Staff!!

It was our first choice until I found out that they had no transportation for residents in wheelchairs. My loved one would not be able to participate in any field trips, and would not be provided a ride to any doctor appointments.
Very caring and loving home
reviewed on: 06/23/2020 by JoyThe caregivers are amazing staff. I have never seen such a caring staff team. They treat her like actually family and more. The food needs improvement. The care level is incredible. The staff love her so much and she loves them so much. I chose this community because they offered us a good deal and a spacious one bedroom with a good view.
