Community Reviews
Basically going well. She is treated good and staff is nice.
reviewed on: 05/01/2016 by AnonymousMy loved one has been here in assisted living for 3 weeks. So far her care has been good. The staff all seem to know her from as soon as she moved in. She says they treat her well and everyone is very nice. My only critique is that we(three of us who take care of her) were not told about basic procedures regarding nurse procedures and doctor visits, because we have been seeing a few doctors these past weeks. Also, no one came to welcome her as a new resident. I would have thought someone would have been there to make her feel more at ease.
Good Place
reviewed on: 10/23/2013 by Daughter of a ResidentThey're making some changes. They're changing how they distribute medication which could cost a little more. They're also changing how people pay but that wont affect us until next year. The care services are great. The activities seem to be great. My mother has Alzheimer's so she doesn't participate but the people who do participate seem to be happy with them. I wasn't thrilled with when we were moving in. Someone was supposed to be helping us. I would email her and call her and I never got a response. Finally we worked around her and found somebody else. She's still working there as far as I know.
Wonderful Nursing Staff!!
reviewed on: 05/19/2017 by AnonymousMy dad has recently moved into this community and so far we are pleased with how things are going for him. The staff have been wonderful to him especially all of the nursing crew. They have helped him make the transition and make sure he is comfortable in his new living environment. He has had no complaints about the food but wishes they have more activities for him to enjoy throughout the week.
Quality of Food
reviewed on: 10/14/2015 by AnonymousThe biggest concern is the food and quality of the meals. It's better than most places but could improve.
