Review of Balance Assisted Living and Memory Care
reviewed on: 10/08/2019 by Scott LI have lived here for four years. It has new owners and has been remodeled. It has been upgraded, especially the food and the rooms are remodeled. I enjoy the residents, the staff keep it clean. The owners speak with us often! They deal with out grievances. I am glad to be here.
As good of care as can be expected for the price.
reviewed on: 09/19/2021 by Anne BThe idea was that Mom needed round the clock memory care . She was spending too much time alone and had several falls. Then a COVID-19 positive results appeared, not in the memory care section, but in the assisted living section, therefore, they had to discontinue group activities such as meals, so now Mom sits all alone in her room without contact with ithers and is becoming less and less inclined to be social with other residents.
