A very good place for my mom
reviewed on: 11/11/2020 by Byron S.We have only been able to visit this community a couple times because of COVID, but everything seems to be good. This is a very high level memory care facility and the staff members have been fantastic with relaying information.
She’s only been there a short time, but so far we are very happy.

We haven’t had any issues finding parking at all. Everyone has been great. Everything is fives across the board.

reviewed on: 04/29/2020 by StanleyThe staff is really excellent they are so friendly and cooperative. Heritage Pointe is the cleanest place, they keep Lysol in business. We have a two bedroom unit which is adequate, rooms could be a little bigger. All the food is Kosher, food could be better.
Supervisor Problems
reviewed on: 01/14/2014 by DaughterFor assisted living they were great, but we had problems with the supervisor in memory care managing my mom's behavior. It was disappointing because I really wanted her there. I liked the Jewishness and I was really sad that she had to leave. My mom started acting really inappropriate and we had to put her in a psych ward for a couple of weeks, and they wouldn't take my mother back because the medicine hadn't kicked in, etc. We just had too many problems with the supervisor.
