Wonderful Staff
reviewed on: 09/07/2016 by AnonymousMy mom was a resident of Carmelo Park until her recent passing. Our family visited several facilities before selecting Carmelo Park and we definitely made the right decision. The staff is very caring and definitely went above and beyond to make her time there as happy and comfortable as possible.
Caring Community with Excellent Communication About Needs of My Loved One
reviewed on: 04/26/2021 by AprilIt is smaller than the community next door. It depends on the individual; however, they have been able to accommodate a friend of mine into this community. The staff's communication and proactiveness about my friend stand out to me. They have been amazing to work with. The staff is nice, has a clean community, provide good care, and healthy food. I would highly recommend this community to others.
Overpriced
reviewed on: 10/04/2013 by AnonymousMy mother was here and I didn't like it at all. The owner was never around. There was not enough staff on hand. The people were left sort of on their own to fend for themselves - it was pretty pathetic. There's not enough selection of places in Monterey so they all overcharge.
