Great Care
reviewed on: 04/09/2019 by ColetteIntegrated Care Community took very good care of my mother with dementia. She lived almost 2 years longer than expected and for much of that time we were able to take her out to lunch. She was always clean and well cared for, they recorded and tracked all her vitals. If I asked had she been eating, they had a record of exactly how much and how often she ate. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly. I thought I was taking my mother to ICC to die after the very poor care she had received at another facility, but with good care she got better. I am very pleased with Integrated Care Communities and highly recommend them.

The staff is kind and caring to all the residents and visitors. The facility has a home like look and feel. I feel my sister is in a safe and loving place. I really love this place.
Perfect fit

After a few questions about my likes and dislikes and price range, they narrowed the field down to a manageable amount and they recommended Integrated Care Community. It's been a great fit and I am thankful for the services of A Place for Mom. I recommend them to anyone needing help.

reviewed on: 05/12/2016 by AnonymousEverything is going very well for my mother in law at this community. We are very pleased and they are caring for her very well. The community looks great, they do a very good job of keeping the facility clean. The staff is very good, they are very kind and helpful. She is trying some new activities. I have tired some of the meals and the food is very good. Overall they are taking good care of her and I would recommend it.
