reviewed on: 12/04/2020 by AnonymousDiscovering Pacifica Senior Living Northridge was a blessing. From the very first phone call, to the moving in of our loved one, we felt we were in good hands. The 2 directors were incredibly helpful and very clear in describing the services they provide. They always allowed ample time to talk, and were very attentive in answering all our questions. Most of all, they related to our situation, made an immediate personal connection, and had great compassion for what we were experiencing with Alzheimers. And that gave us great comfort that we could actually find the right kind of care for our loved one who was in a critical spot. They were organized, responsive, and up to date with technical communication methods. We never felt any pressure or sales pitch. And we were comforted by their desire to genuinely get to know, and serve the needs of each resident (and their family)-at whatever point in their journey they are on. While it's only been a few days since our loved one has lived at Pacifica, we are hopeful that the experience living there is as positive as our introduction has been.
Great Care for Mom

She gets the care she needs, great activities to keep her mind and body stimulated. Oh yes and she likes the food a lot. Thank you staff for doing what you do. Your the best!!!!

She is the best director we have encountered from his being at a number of assisted living facilities over the years, and is always available to speak to me and my family about my uncle’s care. We are most grateful she is the director of Pacifica in Northridge and hope she stays for many years to come.
