reviewed on: 10/09/2017 by AnonymousI have been seeing patients at Pacifica Northridge for 7 years as a hospice nurse. The administration is approachable and thoughtful. The caregivers treat the residents like family. What a pleasure it has been working with Pacifica. There is nothing better than being greeted by Jackson the dog, he really makes it feel like home. I know the residents love him.

reviewed on: 04/03/2019 by JackieI just visited my dear friend of 37 years that lives at Somerford. She had been raving about her care and how happy she is living there. I have even had trouble reaching her because she is busy having fun. She participates in every exercise, art, and social activity they organize. We came to see her and the staff was so pleasant and accommodating. We wanted to bring in our friends favorite Chinese food and they went our of their way to set up tables for us. I can't say enough good about this facility and its staff.

All of the caregivers are friendly and helpful. Most of all I am delighted with the idea that religious holidays are accepted and enjoyed. Entertainment is all the time. Thank you Pacifica.
Their motto "Welcome Home" says it all.

Thank you to [name removed], from a Place for Mom, for referring me to Pacifica. My brother and my mother are doing so well in the professional and caring hands of the whole staff. The community environment is so healthy. This place is clean, well appointed, and boasts very professional, yet personally engaging staff member who all have a very warm and friendly nature. My mind and heart are so relieved in knowing that in the short time they have resided there that both my mother and brother have shown great improvement!
