It is never an easy decision to move a loved one out of the home. However, I am reminded that this was the right decision every time I walk through the doors of Pacifica, the most wonderful group working together to make Pacifica a true home.

reviewed on: 10/01/2020 by Mary JodziewiczWe received an unexpected diagnosis of memory and cognitive decline that meant that our mom was not able to remain in assisted living and required a memory care facility. Since her facility at the time was not certified for memory care, we had to move her very quickly. We stopped by Pacifica Northridge during a drive by after looking at other facilities, expecting to just make an appointment. Within two hours we had a full tour, started the paperwork and placed a deposit. To maximize the insurance help, [name removed] in Admissions had her admitted within two days! At a huge savings! We have never seen our mom SO HAPPY! She loves her room, and every staff member is her "best friend". Pacifica has been an ongoing miracle in our lives!

She is the best director we have encountered from his being at a number of assisted living facilities over the years, and is always available to speak to me and my family about my uncle’s care. We are most grateful she is the director of Pacifica in Northridge and hope she stays for many years to come.

There are plenty of daily activities and weekly outings. The food is good and there are several entrees to choose from. I'm happy to call it my home.
