Very nice looking, some creative memory care programs
reviewed on: 03/12/2014 by B II toured this location when I was looking into memory care options for a loved one. It was a very nice looking community, and the staff seemed very knowledgeable and well prepared to handle my loved ones memory care issues. I was impressed by the diverse sorts of programs and methods they had for memory care, it was something I hadn't seen in other places. This place was on the pricier end of the other communities we looked at, and I wasn't as big a fan of the layout and lack of a secure outdoors area for the residents to walk in.
Great Care for Mom
reviewed on: 09/14/2021 by Susan CLife became very challanging but since mom moved to Pacifica Northridge everyone is happy, including mom. She gets the care she needs, great activities to keep her mind and body stimulated. Oh yes and she likes the food a lot. Thank you staff for doing what you do. Your the best!!!!

Above and Beyond
reviewed on: 12/28/2016 by Paul HarnerCristina Gutierrez is the Executive Director of Pacifica Northridge. I have found Cristina to be very processional in her dealings with vendors. What I did not expect to see was her love for the seniors living there. She has not been the Director for long yet she knew everyone of the residences by name and made an effort to give each one some TLC (hugs, smiles, clothing adjustments), as she showed me around the property. I am very impressed with Cristina's candor and professionalism.

We go on at least two outings each week. I am grateful that Somerford is my home, and would recommend this community for your family member.
