Community Reviews
A great tour!
reviewed on: 03/14/2017 by AnonymousThe AgeSong Woodpark was a very nice community. The facility was clean and maintained well. The tour guide that took me around was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a good experience, but not the best for my loved one.
AgeSong is was not appealing to us!!
reviewed on: 09/27/2016 by AnonymousThis looks like a more traditional community. It felt more like an institution and did not have a homey feel to it. This community was nice, however I think it was a little expensive for what they offered.
really good
reviewed on: 03/21/2015 by AnonymousThey have been really good at getting out there to the hospital and assessing my friend. Everything they did was just really awesome. They really understand how dementia works and try to live in the solution and not the problem. This facility in particular is really good. They have really good interns that are very helpful.
Great care and work!
reviewed on: 03/29/2019 by AnonymousThis place really cares about its elders. They have created a community of people, not just another assisted living. Staff is very kind. The food is delicious and hot. The engagement activities are joyous and filled with fun. The staff is trying hard to make sure all elders are happy. The moment you walk in you feel the homey environment. I have seen the positive changes this community continues to make each time I visit. Thank you so much for all you do everyday, Woodpark staff.
Don't place your loved one at Woodpark
reviewed on: 10/24/2015 by lynniefafaDon't place your loved one at Woodpark. The staff will steal everything and there is nothing you can do to stop it. Complaining to the management and the director has no effect. If you do place someone there, be sure to visit often and inspect EVERYTHING, otherwise your relative could end up sleeping a a bare mattress (I have seen this) with no sheets or blankets and wearing clothing that is so big it is a health hazard (i.e. due to tripping over their own clothes).
