Gated grounds with gardens. Warm and welcoming. Big. Seems life good food. Activities and outings. Expensive w $4000 admittance fee prior to boarding ($2800 studio) and care fees ($425-850).

dedicated good-natured staff. Consistent effort to add and a wide list of activities. The staff wants feedback from the residents also.
