Staff is awake and available 24 hours a day so if any emergencies occur no matter the time, there will be someone ready to help. "Hacienda is an established community with an impeccable reputation for service, caring employees, and fine dining with a minimum of 10 entree choices. Hacienda recognizes that dietary needs vary, therefore we offer a Kosher style alternate menu. Whatever your choice, we know your dining experience will be a memorable culinary delight. Hacienda has a unique key system which can identify ANYONE who enters a resident door, including date and exact time. This state of the art system can only be found at Hacienda. As of January 1, 2006, we have added the "LifeLine" pendant system to further provide residents and family members more piece of mind in case of a fall, or other accident. Not only are we the only community to have either of these programs, it is included at no additional cost." -

Incontinent residents must be able to manage incontinence themselves. This staff at this community can remind incontinent residents to use the restroom. This community can care for residents with bowel incontinence. This community can care for residents with bladder incontinence.

This community can provide a 1 person assisted transfer for residents who need help transferring, for example, from a bed into a wheelchair.
