Community Reviews
City Owned, Bright, Cheerful, and Caring Community
reviewed on: 11/05/2020 by AnonymousThere has been quite a turnover recently. They are now back to staff level at The Parkview. I think The Parkview is doing a great job with the recommendations from the Governor. I believe memory care residents has had it the hardest due to the lock down. They have a beautiful Centennial Park near the community. No one has the setting this community has, and that impressed me. This community along with others don't have staff that have qualified training to work with Memory Care Residents.

reviewed on: 12/19/2012 by A Place For Mom CustomerWe loved this facility. It is very comparable to Aegis. I thought it was a great fit for my parents. Such an open, spacious and happy environment. It has lots of potential for my parents. I like the pricing structure of the Parkview as it was easy to understand. Right now it is on the top of my list.

no 5 star here
reviewed on: 03/01/2019 by AnonymousVERY expensive. Feels like there is a Corporate incentive to increase rates & always seem to look for ways to do so. Food temperature could be improved. Bedrooms are cold. Heater is in living area. Electric blankets are not allowed...understood but then where's the heater?
