A Thoughtful and Caring Staff
reviewed on: 09/17/2020 by BradMy mother has been a resident at PV Villa for more than two years. She, and we, have been most happy with the care she receives. During her time at PV Villa, there has been virtually no staff turnover. The entire staff is friendly, warm and caring. Even during this time of pandemic, they are most attentive to resident needs, and keep family members well-informed. The staff always has time to answer questions and provide timely updates. Families are encouraged to schedule outdoor visits during the pandemic to help keep their family members in good spirits during this challenging time. The reason for the 4/5 rating for activities is that, due to limited mobility and other impairments, my mother is not able to participate in many activities. From what I see posted and know from other residents, there is a wide variety of activities from which to choose and participate.

They are very friendly and when she had medical problems they let me know right away and in one instance, saved her life by getting her the help she needed right away. Now that her health has been improving she is active in all the different activities they have daily. She also loves the variety in the different food they offer. During these trying times I am happy she is at PV Villa keeping her safe and engaged. They always give updates on the facilities and what is happening so her family knows she is being kept safe. If you have someone you love that needs extra care or just needs a safe place to live, you should look at PV Villa for their happiness and your peace of mind.

He loved it there and when it came time to find a place for my mom, I remembered that. Linda and staff are outstanding, they are always very helpful and ready to answer any questions I may have. My mom has met new friends there and I rarely find her in her room which I believe is very healthy for her. I believe this retirement facility is very valuable to senior citizens. Thank you to all the Palos Verdes Villa Staff for all of their help and assistance with my mom.
