Cloisters BEST!
reviewed on: 01/13/2019 by SaidyThis is the third move for my Mom. I was hoping to keep her closer to PL. I visited Cloisters of the Valley 2-3 times before taking my mom there. The care there is outstanding! Everyone who walks with a cane, walker, wheelchair has an assistant by their side when going to the dining room & back. They are happy to help. The nurses are happy to assist & extreamly helpful. The rooms are large and have 3 closets. Every room has a patio, with furniture and a beautifully landscaped garden, with seasonal flowers. There are fountains & lots of birds. The staff is receptive to my moms needs. This is leaps and bounds better than her last place. It was new and pretty, close to PL, but she wasn’t getting the care we contracted for.
Impressive Community
reviewed on: 09/08/2016 by AnonymousMy father is doing pretty well here at this community. Overall I'am pleased with all they have done for us. It is a pleasant community, with a good staff. There is always a nurse on site. It is a very beautiful community, everything is very nice and clean. The assisted director and some of the other staff members have been there for over 20 years, which is impressive. I would highly recommend for anyone to go check out this community.

Assisted living at its best.
reviewed on: 05/16/2016 by Julie C.Cloisters of the Valley is a beautiful facility with the most caring staff ever. My 94 year old mother just moved there and everyone is bending over backward to make sure she is comfortable and happy. The grounds are gorgeous, the interior is gorgeous and the meals are delicious. I recommend this place to everyone who needs a safe and comfortable place for a loved one.

reviewed on: 12/27/2012 by A Place For Mom CustomerI visited this site. I met with director and she showed me around. The staff seemed friendly and attentive. If I can get a room at this place at the time that we need it, this would be my first choice.
