Community Reviews
I would recommend
reviewed on: 02/02/2021 by anonymousWe chose Serento Casa because they were taking new residents during covid, they did make the transition very easy and they were accommodating to our family. Also based on prior reviews, it did look like a good choice. It helps to know the staff and know how to get in touch with them directly if needed. I would recommend them to other families who are looking.
Doctor on site
reviewed on: 07/27/2017 by AnonymousAfter touring this community what I really liked was that there was a doctor on site, not one that comes in once a week or once a month but an actual doctor on the property. There was nothing special that stood out as far as the furnishings just standard looking furniture. The staff was friendly and kind. The price was higher than other communities we looked at .
Pick This Place for Your Loved One
reviewed on: 09/22/2021 by Sandy MI would stay here. This is a really nice place. This feels like staying in a hotel. The staff will come and assist in the residents in getting to the dining rooms for meals. There are a few choices for meal choices. Everyone has been so wonderful, and caring to work with. My loved one gets to have a glass of wine with dinner. There are several patio areas. They have the ability to get mani and pedis and their hair done on site.

No Outside Exit From Room
reviewed on: 07/20/2016 by AnonymousMy mom was looking for an apartment with a door that leads outside. This helps her take her dog out. I thought it was a fine place. I got all the information I needed from the staff.
