We're working on placement at this facility. Feel my Mom would be happiest in this environment with lots of other people around and more opportunities for socializing.

customized their work to each individual need

The medical team really gives enough individual attention to each of their client. Though it is a smaller facility compared to others. The staff specially customized their work to each individual need and they pay close attention to detail with hygiene and cleanliness. Generally speaking, they do a good job creating a good atmosphere. The team is very knowledgeable and they do the basics very well. They’re pricing is very straightforward, no counting nickel and dimes. Compared to other facilities they have “a la carte” style pricing with their care services. Overall, I would recommend this facility to other families.

This community felt very welcoming when we toured.

The staff are responsive, encouraging , have good insight and pay close attention to the residents. The menu looks good and they offer different options for different dietary needs. They have daily activities and the community is very clean. The housekeeping staff are very attentive. I would say to take a look at this community to see if it would work for your loved one.
