Some Improvements Needed
reviewed on: 12/07/2017 by AnonymousOverall, our experience at Hollybook has been decent, but there are some things that could use improvements. When we were looking to move in, the people there went out of their way to understand what kind of care my loved one would need when he was released from the hospital. Now that we are there, the staff is still friendly and helpful with the residents, but they are not very good at responding to the families. The rooms there are also kind of small, and the location is not very good. The facility is nice and clean though, and the residents seem fine with what they get as far as the food is concerned.
Hollybrook is amazing!

The staff is very caring and the facility is clean, good food, great location. Parking can be a bit of an issue but all in all we are very happy. I highly recommend a Place for Mom and Hollybrook!

The care services and activities available are excellent. My Mom is extremely happy there. We made a great choice!
Parking Could Improve
