Sometimes communication is lacking and there are frustrations-disappearing clothing, mixed up clothing etc. In memory care it is difficult to monitor everyone even second. But I think they really try to work with the residents in what can be a very difficult situation. My mother has been there about 3 months and while it has been a very hard transition, she does like the staff.
