Review of Pacifica Vista
reviewed on: 04/21/2020 by AlmaMy mother [name removed] has been a resident of Pacifica. Our family could not be happier with her very attentive and compassionate care. From the front desk, nurses, med techs, caregivers, dining room staff, maintenance workers and housekeeping ~ all are very dedicated hard working as well as very personable and efficient. There are far too many individuals to point out specifically, so suffice to say that the entire staff is dedicated and compassionate. Knowing our mother is getting such great care, we are put at ease. Especially now with the Covid-19 crisis, it is quite apparent they are taking a very serious approach to making sure all residents are safe and protected. The quality of care and upkeep of the facility and apartments is stellar compared to other facilities our mother has resided in. Thanks to [name removed] the Executive Director who personally answers questions immediately and takes action. Her staff respects her and she takes a personal interest in each resident as well as their family. Should you need any additional information or input, please do not hesitate to ask. Many thanks and appreciation goes to Pacifica’s entire staff. Our family is truly grateful!
Review of Pacifica Senior Living Vista
reviewed on: 02/11/2020 by Connie TallonI presently reside in this community. It is wonderful. The attention and care given to the residents is the best. Activities are numerous and cover the entire spectrum of residents. The staff, what can I say, the best and only the best. Knowledgeable, caring, and always working with the residents.
truly phenomenal!
reviewed on: 06/11/2015 by AnonymousMy mother is not the same person that I put in there. She has improved so much! I even took her to a urologist recently and the urologist was amazed at how much she has improved. The nursing staff and the caregivers are outstanding. They really take great care of the her. I have already told my son that when it's my time, Rancho Vista is where I want to go. It is a safe & secure place and the people there are phenomenal. I toured a few facilities, and Rancho Vista is by far the best. I literally had tears in my eyes when I first toured, thinking "there is no way this place is as good as you're saying" but it truly has been!
Wonderful

Review of The Regency at Glen Cove - Glen Cove, NY
reviewed on: 10/17/2015 by AnonymousThe residents that I have met have seemed very happy. There are a lot of activities to keep them busy and alert. Most of the staff seems happy with what they do. I know it takes a special person to attend to the aged. That being said, my mother has been in the health care unit for almost 2 months. I have NEVER received a call from the doctor or anyone else to update me on her recovery from the three falls she's had while in their care. I have received several calls about setting up an apartment for her to move in to without much guidance about insurance coverage. A little bit of the cart before the horse. It seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing and certainly not keeping the family in the loop.
