Community Reviews
Nice looking place, did not like the pricing structure
reviewed on: 10/23/2014 by AnonymousWe toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This was a nice looking place overall, however, I was not a fan of their point based pricing structure. On the whole it seemed like her care would end up more expensive, and it the overall price also had the potential to go much much higher.
They are really good!
reviewed on: 12/08/2014 by AnonymousIt came down to the wire with my mom when she was in a skilled nursing place. The difference with Whittier Place is astounding! The nursing facility was kind of a frightening place. By contrast, Whittier Place (which we chose among many different places we checked out) is a very pleasant comforting atmosphere, and is perfect for someone like my mom. It is a very open and friendly place built for socializing. We have been blown away with how nice and friendly everyone there is! My mom was resistant at first to the idea, but we felt it was important to get her in a place where she could socialize, and Whittier Place has been great!
Everyone feels like family

1st Class Assisted Living!
reviewed on: 06/06/2016 by AnonymousThis community is so very clean and always! The staff are so amazing, attentive, sensitive, and caring til the end! The director is an excellent, wonderful human being too. My mom joined in lots of activities like bingo, puzzles, and violin guests and Mom said" I'm tired from all the fun" I would highly recommend this community for its high quality and the peace of mind knowing that all is in great care. This community is beautiful and worth the value.
