Community Reviews
This is My Choice
reviewed on: 06/09/2021 by SheriThis community is one of the only ones I've walked into and there is no smell of urine. They have worked with us in getting appointments for my mom. I've had excellent interactions with the staff. My loved one seems very happy with the activities that she participates in. The quality is excellent here.
I would recommend
reviewed on: 11/10/2021 by anonymousWe chose Palm Gardens because it seemed to offer more of what we needed than the others that we looked at. Where it was located, the price, and what it looked like during the tour all played a factor. I would recommend to others looking.
Grandmother's Great Care

Right Fit at the Right Time
reviewed on: 06/24/2021 by ElizabethThe community is a decent place to go. The only complaint is that my loved one was there for a couple of months and none of the staff helped to get my loved one unpacked. I ended up helping my loved one get their belongs on the shelves and walls. The time my loved one was here was during the pandemic.
Hopefull
reviewed on: 08/19/2016 by caringdaughterIt has only been 3 wks since moving our father into the facility. The staff has been very supportive/responsive of dad's is requests as to fix-its, or customizing his environment to better fit his personal needs. Dad more reassured than in the beginning. We didn't think that he would eat in the dining room and yet he is . He is adjusting to meal time schedules, Seems fine with food and snacks and eating very well! It is a place with activity going on, which I think good. It is a bright place. Best to ask many specific questions to clarify things like definitions of care, number of staff and positions available day/night etc.. Fewer assumptions or surprises this way. I am hopeful.
