A Great Place to Live
reviewed on: 10/05/2021 by WayneI have made so many friendships here in the last six months. I have all kinds of friends now, and I don't eat alone anymore. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner I eat with freinds. It's just a very friendly pace. I have a dog, and they have a little park here for dogs, which my dog appreciates. I think my apartment is great. It's very expensive, but I can afford it, and I know I can't take my money with me, so I'm going to spend it. Housekeeping is included, and they do an average job. I find dust sometimes, but they do clean the bathrooms and kitchens really well. We have to wash our own sheets, but if we lay them out, housekeeping will put the clean sheets on the bed for us, which I really appreciate it.

Large facility with a pool
reviewed on: 01/04/2018 by AnonymousI toured this facility while looking for a place for my Mother-In-Law. It is a very nice facility but it is on the larger side. The marketing director who gave us the tour seemed to be very knowledgeable and even let us know all of the advantages of residing there. They do have a swimming pool, a larger outdoor space, and a nice courtyard. This facility also has independent care, assisted living, and a memory care unit. I would recommend this community to other families.

Great place for your mom!
reviewed on: 12/12/2018 by Karen MayerMy mom has been in the Reflection's Memory Care at Morning Star at Ridge Gate since September 2018. Our family is so relieved that she is safe, cared for and LOVED! Of course we are sad that her dementia is rapidly advancing but we can't think of a better place than this facility. They have only been open for less than 2 years so they do have their growing pains. Every complaint I have had was immediately dealt with and a solution was given. Mom is happy doing activities that keep her busy. She is making friends with other residents as well as staff. She has gained weight with all the yummy food she has been served. And her religious needs have been met. This facility feels like OUR family's home away from home as well! The staff greets us like their family too!
