Enjoyed Tour. Mom particula...
reviewed on: 05/19/2014 by AnonymousEnjoyed Tour. Mom particularly liked the Begonia apartment. Not presently available. Was offered the Aster apartment for $2,750/mo with promise to move to Begonia when available for only $100 additional.
A Pleasant Experience!
reviewed on: 11/27/2020 by Dolce VitaMy tour of the Atria - Willow Wood - facility was a very pleasant experience, from the first offer of decaf coffee while I waited for my community sales director, Ms. Nandy Sahadeo, to the last phone conversation I had with her today. Ms. Sahadeo listened to my requests and then showed me two apartments that were available, #126 and #311 - She was very patient with me and allowed me to take the time to really think about the possibilities of my moving into the apartments. I explained to her that this was going to be the last apartment that I would be living in and expressed my priorities which were for a 'left-handed' apartment, with carpet and a nice view from the screened-in porch. She understood and offered to find me an apartment with those amenities that possibly was not ready to be shown just yet. She called a day later and said she had found an apartment, #401 that met the conditions I had asked for and sent me a video of the apartment so I could view it without any trouble. Having been a property manager for two luxury high-rise apartment complexes in Miami Beach, Morton Towers, and Manhattan Towers, I recognized just how good Mr. Sadadeo was at her job. She was polite, patient, and knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable. I did not rent the apartment because of financial restrictions on my budget, and the possibility of another outbreak of Covid-19 in the community. However, I am considering a similar move in the future.
I should have been here two years ago
reviewed on: 06/21/2021 by MarvThey're very responsible, professional, and friendly people. The person who cleans my apartment is outstanding. She's very meticulous and has a great attitude. The food is excellent. They have a great variety, and it tastes like what you would get at a restaurant. I do take part in the activities but tend to keep to myself more.
Didn't Smell Fresh
reviewed on: 02/24/2017 by AnonymousThe tour was good and the man that showed me around was very nice and thorough. The staff were very nice with the little interaction we had. However when we walked through the first floor it smelled like urine. I also noticed there were small repairs that were needed in the corners and in the ceiling. The carpets also need to be replaced.
