Top End
reviewed on: 12/05/2013 by DaughterWe love them, love everything about them. My mother is not that easy to please, but she has nothing bad to say about them, which is 100 times better than anywhere else that we have been. Everything is done, when she needs something it's handled in a timely manner. There's lots of staff, you never have to look for someone. They are very responsive when she asks for something. The food is delicious. They are just up there with the whole community; it's top end, and price wise not that different. She has a fairly large suite and a dog, which The Springs allowed.
Thrilled to be There
reviewed on: 12/09/2013 by DaughterMy mom is totally pleased, thrilled to be there. Excellent establishment. Lots for her to do. The building is beautiful and it is in a beautiful community. There is a lot there besides just her building and she has access to the other things. It's a huge complex, everything from independent living to skilled nursing, and the doctors are there too. She is in the assisted living, and she is in better health now than she was when she was admitted. The view from her room is awesome. Everyone is very friendly! The staff and residents love being there. I would highly recommend this place. It's part of Shell Point. If someone is looking in Southern Fort Myers in FL they should check out the Shell Point. There are several other places, but besides The Springs they all have a lengthy waiting list.
Anytime Dining
reviewed on: 12/11/2013 by Son-In-LawIt is good value for the money. I think that the big thing is the anytime dining and the friendliness. Everyone was very cordial. The exercise program is what my in-laws have really gotten into as far as the activities go, but it seems like there are quite a few available. If you want transportation, it is excellent. Anything on campus or on site is free. If you have to go to an offsite to a doctor or something that is a couple dollars.
