Effected from hurricane
reviewed on: 01/10/2018 by AnonymousWhen I first toured this facility it looked very nice and very clean. However, because of the hurricane it has an odor. It could definitely improve again because before the hurricane it was nice. But because of the possible mildew, it was questionable. The staff was very friendly and is ready to answer any questions that you may have. If they don’t know the answer they will find someone who does know.
A wonderful place to live!!
reviewed on: 05/11/2017 by AnonymousAt a time in my life when i was emotionally stressed and at my wits end, walking into Savannah Court was like a instant weight lifted off my shoulders. From the moment I walked in I felt comfort and ease that my Mother would be taken care of as if she were there own family. While searching for a facility for my mother, I made several unexpected visits to Savannah Court and with each visit I felt more and more comfortable that this facility fit all my mothers needs. The regional director Tina Ries, was incredibly informative. The director, Marcy Russell, and the Community Relations Coordinator Madeline Deal were amazing in guiding me through the heart wrenching task of putting a loved one in a facility. The entire staff has been wonderfully attentive to all the challenges and special needs of my mother. I feel very blessed to be apart of the Savannah Court family in Haines City
Savannah court excelence personafied
reviewed on: 05/17/2017 by Joanne Blairmost senior centers offer clean rooms with adequate services. the difference with savannah court is the personal. they truly care about each and every resident. Everyone is address by their first name. no person is left out of any activity if they are able to attend. every Wednesday they offer a live band with sing along that the entire staff and residents get into the program. This along with so many other activities brings Savannah Court above the norm. All I can say is keep up the good work Joanne & Al
Virginia's 100th birthday
reviewed on: 04/16/2018 by Trinidad parodiHi my mother in law has been residing at savana court for approximately 3 years. She's very well loved by entire staff because of her disposition. She makes every one laugh unless she's in one of her moods. It is noticed quickly and her sad spirits are immediately attended to. She has never been dirty no mater what time or day we arrive. Very well fed. Entertained.pastor visits once a week a little mass is held which she really enjoys. Virginia will be 100 years old on May 10th celebration taking place May 12 at savana. We truly recommend savana court as a great place for your parents or spouses. Fantastic staff.
