Very Pleased!
reviewed on: 11/16/2016 by AnonymousDad is very happy here and is adjusting really well. The apartment is clean and close to everything that he needs. That was a major concern for him was to be near everything. They really need to change the carpet it is just horrible and it smells. The food is okay, not outstanding, but he has not had a bad meal.
It's so great seeing my mom involved again

She likes the food and the atmosphere here. This community is an older one but mom says she really likes how it is decorated and the staff more than make-up for that.
It was supposed to be temporary
reviewed on: 06/08/2021 by Dennis KWhen I first moved in I was only planning on staying temporarily. I was going to purchase another home. As time went on I loved it and decided to stay permanently. This is my home. So much so, I plan on setting up speaking engagements with Sales at various clubs and organizations I belong to to help promote Augustine Landing.

Rent Increases
reviewed on: 01/25/2016 by Ruth L. WilliamsOn the whole I have been satisfied. However, it is a disappointment that there is a large rent increase every year. As quite a few other people here, my income is government pensions. It is widely known that we usually get a small cost of living increase. I should think that the annual increase would be somewhat in line, perhaps a little more, but the rent increases have been much larger. This year we are not getting ANY COST OF LIVING INCREASE AT ALL. My annual increase will be May 1. I sure hope it will take that into consideration.
