Happy With My Move
reviewed on: 09/14/2016 by AnonymousSo far everything has worked out very well for me here. I'am happy with my move to this community. The staff is kind and very helpful. The community is very well maintained, everything looks great. They offer nice activities and good food. Overall I'am pleased with all they have done for me.
Rent Increases
reviewed on: 01/25/2016 by Ruth L. WilliamsOn the whole I have been satisfied. However, it is a disappointment that there is a large rent increase every year. As quite a few other people here, my income is government pensions. It is widely known that we usually get a small cost of living increase. I should think that the annual increase would be somewhat in line, perhaps a little more, but the rent increases have been much larger. This year we are not getting ANY COST OF LIVING INCREASE AT ALL. My annual increase will be May 1. I sure hope it will take that into consideration.
It was supposed to be temporary
reviewed on: 06/08/2021 by Dennis KWhen I first moved in I was only planning on staying temporarily. I was going to purchase another home. As time went on I loved it and decided to stay permanently. This is my home. So much so, I plan on setting up speaking engagements with Sales at various clubs and organizations I belong to to help promote Augustine Landing.

The menu is appealing. This community offers a lot of nice activities for me to participate with the other residents. I would recommend other to this community for a nice place to live.
