Absolutely gorgeous!
reviewed on: 11/16/2016 by AnonymousThis community is so gorgeous and when I get old enough and need somewhere to go I want to go here. The staff is nice and helpful and the community is clean. I got to see the residents interacting with the staff. I just did not go to this community because they did not offer assisted living it is only independent living and dad needs more.
Very Accommodating To Our Whole Family

They helped my father get settled in the community and have been patient with him. He really likes it here and the residents are very friendly. He participates in bingo and poker so they do have good activities keep him busy. The food is great we all went to have Easter dinner with him and they accommodated all us and there was 7 of us. It is a family friendly environment. So it is a good community for all of us.
Rent Increases

As quite a few other people here, my income is government pensions. It is widely known that we usually get a small cost of living increase. I should think that the annual increase would be somewhat in line, perhaps a little more, but the rent increases have been much larger. This year we are not getting ANY COST OF LIVING INCREASE AT ALL. My annual increase will be May 1. I sure hope it will take that into consideration.

I would highly recommend this community to other families. We chose Augustine Landing for our loved one because of the long term staff, caring and comfortable environment, 24/7 Live in Managers, great food, cleanliness and beautiful rooms. For the price you cannot beat it. My mom is very happy and is thriving!
