Rent Increases
reviewed on: 01/25/2016 by Ruth L. WilliamsOn the whole I have been satisfied. However, it is a disappointment that there is a large rent increase every year. As quite a few other people here, my income is government pensions. It is widely known that we usually get a small cost of living increase. I should think that the annual increase would be somewhat in line, perhaps a little more, but the rent increases have been much larger. This year we are not getting ANY COST OF LIVING INCREASE AT ALL. My annual increase will be May 1. I sure hope it will take that into consideration.
Very Accommodating To Our Whole Family

They helped my father get settled in the community and have been patient with him. He really likes it here and the residents are very friendly. He participates in bingo and poker so they do have good activities keep him busy. The food is great we all went to have Easter dinner with him and they accommodated all us and there was 7 of us. It is a family friendly environment. So it is a good community for all of us.

I would highly recommend this community to other families. We chose Augustine Landing for our loved one because of the long term staff, caring and comfortable environment, 24/7 Live in Managers, great food, cleanliness and beautiful rooms. For the price you cannot beat it. My mom is very happy and is thriving!

They have a great staff, and the residents are very friendly. Everything is very well maintained. They have nice resources available for the residents. Everything is working out very well for us at this community, and I would recommend it.

reviewed on: 06/08/2021 by Peggy BI love everything here. The food is wonderful (of course sometimes there is an off day). The staff is friendly and sweet. I have made new friends and it has become my home.
