Very Accommodating To Our Whole Family
reviewed on: 03/30/2016 by AnonymousThis is a very accommodating community they have really gone out their way to help us. They helped my father get settled in the community and have been patient with him. He really likes it here and the residents are very friendly. He participates in bingo and poker so they do have good activities keep him busy. The food is great we all went to have Easter dinner with him and they accommodated all us and there was 7 of us. It is a family friendly environment. So it is a good community for all of us.

That was a major concern for him was to be near everything. They really need to change the carpet it is just horrible and it smells. The food is okay, not outstanding, but he has not had a bad meal.
The facility was very plush

They have a service where if she is not feeling well they deliver meals. The food was the big complaint. The meals that I ate there were very good, but that was her complaint. They had a little dorm type refridgerator.
It's so great seeing my mom involved again

She likes the food and the atmosphere here. This community is an older one but mom says she really likes how it is decorated and the staff more than make-up for that.
They are very helpful
reviewed on: 05/13/2015 by AnonymousI think they are very helpful. They call me anytime there is any concerns. My mom has fell several times and they always call to inform me. They take great care of her. They know if she had breakfast, they know is she had lunch, and dinner. They keep an eye on her. We are very happy with the Augustine Landing. My mother is very comfortable here. Everyone is always friendly. The staff has really been great.
